It was licensed by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education under Amiri Decree 141/2003 and commenced operation in October 2004. Programs at the COMPANY lead to diploma and bachelor degrees in a number of engineering, aviation, and business disciplines. The language of instruction is English. COMPANY programs are delivered in cooperation with internationally recognized universities and are accredited both locally and internationally.
