Assist in the formulation of the section audit plans and in accordance with international professional standards as well best practices in fraud investigating/examining field. Work closely with other team members to ensure Corporate Integrity service is delivered in accordance with requirements. Evaluate the complexity and/or major aspects of breaching internal controls of the subject under investigation. Design audit programs and suggest the techniques to be used in the areas under review/investigation , then discusses with higher levels of supervision to ascertain complete coverage of the various aspects in the engagement . Review analysis and examination carried out by the Internal Audit team to determine compliance of the subject under investigation with the established laws, policies, procedures and legal requirements. Held meetings and interviews with individuals involved in fraud investigation engagements to discuss investigation aspects and findings. May refer to higher levels of supervision, if needed, for advice and support. Design and Review draft reports - complete or partial - developed by the team to ensure that standards and professionalism have been maintained Ensure that the fraud investigation engagement was completed as planned and that all concerns were answered. Manage and consolidate the outcome of various staff into one audit report. Obtain approval of the higher level of supervision. Supervise/Conduct follow up engagements on fraud investigation recommendations to ensure that approved actions are implemented. Coach, mentor and provide training to employees in lower levels to ensure they have the required capabilities to carry out fraud investigation engagements. Manage the identification and evaluation of the organization.

Manage the performance of audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analysing evidence, and documenting fraud investigation processes and procedures. Manage the audit staff in conducting interviews, reviewing documents, composing summary memos, and preparing fraud investigation working papers. Manage the audit staff in the identification, development and documentation of audit issues and recommendations. Communicate the results of fraud investigation engagements via written reports and oral presentations to the concerned management. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position
