●Develop the production schedule
●Address customer requirements shortcomings, quality concerns, volume spikes, etc..
●Review labor planning with Workforce
Building and testing queries using SQL, AIM, and API
Create websites and collaborate with Power BI
Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports

Plans layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored
Supervises employees including interviewing, hiring, and training employees
Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped
Schedules work for special and peak inventories
Oversee accurate and efficient loading of all vehicles for the delivery of retail home products to the end consumer (last mile)
Conduct ride behind and evaluation of contractors to determine skills levels and development opportunities
Ensures all In Home Damage Claims are being properly entered into Zendesk
Reconcile billing and merchandise claims
