IT Executive/IT System Analyst
• As an IT Executive in Infrastructure and Data center operation my job carries out research to find out the problems and develop solution to the same such as Active Directory/Azure Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin Center - Bit Locker Key Recovery, Password Unlock & Reset, and Adding System in Domain & AD
• Look after the maintenance of equipment’s and infrastructure available at client site
• Help in installation process of new and advanced technologies interpreting the requirements specified by the research team and understanding the client requirements
• Tests machines that are already installed for their performance and safety
• Creating/Updating Build OS Images through SCCM server for Desktop & Laptop
• Maintain IR reports, Inventories related to IT assets to ensure the property infrastructure and applications systems are functional always and then hand them to my reporting manager and clients
• Identifying all the hardware that needs to be replaced or upgraded. Also performing preventive maintenance (Whole Unit Swap) of all the hardware from time to time
• Monitoring/Attending Team Incident Tickets on Service Now and Resolving/Maintaining highest SLA/KPI
• Providing on floor IT operational support to International User’s and MC Members of Unilever based on priority
• IT Asset Management (IMACD) for Branch, Depots and Factories
