Process Associate – US Mortgage Process Responsibilities:Review and verify mortgage documents such as loan applications, credit reports, income statements, and title documents.Ensure data accuracy and compliance with US mortgage regulations and internal company guidelines.Perform loan processing tasks such as indexing, data entry, pre-underwriting, or post-closing audits.Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer data.Use mortgage software and CRM tools for processing and tracking.Prepare and update reports for workflow status and process improvement.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and ensure timely completion of tasks.
