Ndivhudza Naome Netshivhambe is an Aspiring Chief Operations Manager and or a Procurement Superintendent holding her Bachelor of Commerce in Business Informatics from University of South Africa, National Diploma in Marketing from Boston Business College and a Higher Certificate in Economic and Management Science and currently studying CIPS Level 3 Certificate in Procurement and Supply at The Chartered Institutions of Procurement and Supply and registered for Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Informatics with University of South Africa. Naome further have more than TWELVE (14) years’ experience working as Senior Expeditor, Procurement and Logistics Officer (Buyer), Regional Operation Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Project Manager, Account Manager, and a Business Development Executive. Naome always believes that her hands-on experience coupled with the growing knowledge she gained during her studies and during field work prepared her to make a solid contribution in any Procurement and Operations Management related field. Managing a team of Expeditors for Mogalakwena Platinum Mine.
Support Supply Chain and commercial team to close long outstanding orders.
Work closely with End users to close open commitments and request monthly customer statements from main contractors or vendors.
Follow up on open requisitions to ensure all Orders are placed in a timely manner to ensure delivery on time.
Contact vendors to determine expected delivery dates and inform End users of potential delays.
Liaise with GSS in terms of rejected invoices and resolve price variance, no GRV query etc.
