• Assist end users with development of complex ad hoc queries and analyses.

Build a complete Data Warehouse on Teradata as part of DWH & BI course at Dice analytics for my Portfolio.
Cleaned the data and prepared it to be send to the Staging layer.

Responsible for resolving Siebel CRM day to day operational issues like customer profile missing, blacklisting, active/inactive numbers issues, billing issues, missing packages, ownership change, visibility/invisibility issues of different products or any other issues faced by regional teams.
Develop SQL queries to extract, organize and analyze information in order to investigate issues.
