Identified malfunctioning of network elements for overall efficiency and trouble spots using OSS Ericsson, M2000i Huawei, EMS ZTE WinFIOL, FACTS, and in-house developed tools.
Ensured transmission cutover including radio, satellite, fiber, SDH backbone, and links, route expansion, and BTS cutovers were properly implemented and in line with service level agreements.
Acted as interface and provided access reference numbers to MTN contractors, field engineers, Operational Maintenance Centre engineers, and other GSM/PTO companies for planned work, change requests, and access to MTN locations.
