Growth Analyst
A Growth Analyst within a Sales Analytics team is responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying growth opportunities, and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance. The role involves working closely with sales teams, marketing, and leadership to support data-driven decision-making that maximizes revenue and market share.
Growth Analyst | Sales Analytics
Sales Data Analysis – perform deep dives and analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns and anomalies that impact contact rates, transfer rates, conversion rates and ultimately revenue growth.
Sales Process Optimization – identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and recommend process improvements to increase conversion rates.
Evaluate and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Experimentation and A/B Testing – designed and implemented A/B testing on our dialling rules to that improved contact rates and conversion rates for specific channels by ~10%.
This has expanded to other channels and performance is monitored regularly.
Customer segmentation and targeting – perform customer segmentation analysis to identify high-value customer groups and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Support targeted marketing and sales efforts by providing data-driven insights into customer preferences and behaviour.
Performance Incentives Structures - Created Performance Incentives Structures for the FA, Partners, and Outbound departments.
Continuously analyze the effectiveness of these structures and recommend adjustments to maximize their impact on sales performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Cross-Functional collaboration - work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, BI, finance, operations and software developers to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
Performance Reporting - Regularly prepare detailed reports and dashboards, and present findings to department managers, EXCO members and external stakeholders, providing insights into sales performance for different sources (customer journeys), growth opportunities and improved efficiencies.
