Expertise includes DNA extraction, cloning, expression, and transfection/electroporation using mammalian cell line to obtain stable clones. Agarose gel electrophoresis, DNA sequencing, ELISA, PCR, SDS-PAGE and Western blotting, Immunogenicity assay, Mammalian cell culture (Revival of cell lines, Passage, Maintenance and Preparation of Cell bank).
Cell based Bioassay: Development and standardization of cell based assays based on the mechanism of action for biosimilar molecules (monoclonal antibodies and proteins), ADCC, CDC
