HR Business Partner
Alongside handing two roles, first position is HRBP for ACPCo the sponsor: leading the HR operations, talent management, and end-to-end recruitment.
o Second role is consultant /Training Specialist (project based) with our client MOTC/Qatar Digital Government Training Program. Collaborate with client to provide a variety of ICT training solutions; develop training plan align with client’s strategy within the program budget, develop the policies and manuals updated and acceptable for the key stakeholders, and mint the relationships between client and vendors. That not limited to:
o In-charge of the project team and handling stakeholders in absence or overload of the PM.
o Implementing recruitment strategy in line with the business needs.
o Creates new interactive and informative dashboards using Power BI.
o Managing the developing learning path project–technical competency framework for ICTs.
o Lead HR team in design, testing, and troubleshooting issues Learning Management System (LMS).
