Worked with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Automation and IT Applications teams on AI and enterprise automation projects using Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio. Developed an HR Policy Chatbot using Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, and RAG architecture grounded on internal HR policies and SharePoint knowledge sources.
