Supply Chain Supervisor

Planning and Inventory and procurement supervisor
Create monthly and yearly forecast based on sales information, marketing plans, previous data, seasonality and industry trends
Creating presentations and useful dashboards to visualize data and finding areas where the business can be improved, and extra costs may be deducted
Monitoring and moving deadstock along with the expired material
Study daily inventory records and amending the purchasing plans accordingly
Manage inventory levels to meet production demand while minimizing inventory holding costs
Manage the Sourcing and procurement plans to ensure continuity of supply, procurement spend as well as reducing procurement risks and amending these plans as per fluctuating demand
Effectively manage the transportation and delivery plans of company products between main warehouse and branches as well as between different branches locations
Lead and present SOP meetings to align on sales forecasts, financial plans, and launch plans
Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
Cooperate with team members to improve supply chain KPI
Identify root cause and develop recommended action plans to improve and deliver supply chain KPI
Identify and lead on business improvements to increase overall process efficiency
Supply chain supervisor (import,planning, procurement, shipping, clearance sourcing)

Update data base for trusted supplier (foreign & local) and set KPI's
Standardize procurement and logistics procedures for easy track and audit

Data Analysis for Logistics Department Using Dashboards
Working with Hr. team to coordinate travelling and ticket reservations for foreign
Senior procurement and Logistics Officer
Preparing purchase orders using ERP and under the ISO procedure
Negotiating price and delivery time with supplier along with payment methods
Checking shipping documents (commercial invoice, PL, COO, EURO 1, BL)
Filling LCs and follow up with the bank until LC swift is issued, follow up on L/C amendments with bank and supplier
Coordination and negotiation with shipping companies to get the best prices for shipping based on LCL, FCL, Air shipment or by road from supplier side up to warehouses and track shipments closely
Preparing exemption for machines and spare parts for the factory by filling needed forms for the Jordanian investment commission
Document control and organizing with the accountant department
Tracking the shipments from supplier to end user
Notifying our clearance agent at Aqaba port and airport of the arrival dates and sharing with them our clearance instructions book and clearance method (temporary admission, waiver regular clearance, etc.)
Preparing insurance policies for all the imported goods with our insurance company
Preparing orders update sheet for the management and the financial department
Searching for new suppliers
Work on ISO inspections every year
Working with the quality control department to check the status of received goods
Working with the insurance company to collect claims on the damaged or missing goods
Receiving PO from clients
Preparing invoice, PL, COO based on client needs within the L/C or their clearance process at their country
Coordinating with factory and warehouse for delivery dates and packing
Coordinating for shipping and delivery with shipping companies and clients
