Site Job Responsibilities: Overall supervision site work following the contractor to be with project time schedule, reviewing the shop drawings and material which is submitted form contractor to be comply with the design and specifications, make inspection by site inspectors to executed the work at site on the daily base and assuring it is as per site executed work and contractor, conduct weekly meeting with the contractor regarding work progress and quality, and coordinate with other engineering trades, supplier and vendors. Attempt daily report form site inspector.
Job Responsibilities in Design: Encompass the preparation of complete Architectural designs based on Client requirements, presentation, preliminary and secondary drawings with properly follows the building standard codes and municipal principle, working(construction)drawing and drawing typical details for various building types with different architectural as per project requirements, coordination of design drawing with other discipline engineers, prepared finishing schedule, check and approve the CADDING work, rendering the photoshop work, general follow up on all architectural finishing work, and participating in technical meeting and negotiation, to reply for all contractor queries during tendering.

Prepared marked-up data sheets, weekly and monthly report for the architectural finishing progress at site.
Conduct IR’s inspection for all architectural works submitted by the contractor for inspection and approval.
Assist the senior architect for the shop drawing review for architectural.
Coordinate for MEP works if any changes/discrepancy done at site.
Report to QA/QC engineers all any architectural discrepancies done by contractor at site to issue NCR’s and SON report.
Conduct regular site supervisions for architectural works.
Assist the contractor if any changes done at site.

Highly concentrate with health & safety base design.

Responsible for overall architectural finishing work such as block installation, plaster works, painting, stone work (marble & ceramic) and granite cladding in cladding landscaping work.
Prepare finishing schedule, coordinate with designer in finalizing architectural design and details.
Prepare sketches of design revision, shop and as-built drawings for drafting/cad and implementation.
Supervise and monitor the progress of work and initiate necessary measures to expedite site work.
Hold weekly coordination meeting with the client and consultant regarding progress of work.
Coordinate with Construction manager and procurement manager regarding demand of equipment and schedule of delivery in site.
Coordinate with site Engineers, Foreman and subcontractors regarding work implementation and schedule of activities.
Coordinate with Consultant and QC for all inspection prior to primary acceptance of Villas to handover to client.
See to it that the contraction materials are properly stocked and kept at the projection site.
Responsible of Safety Control in the Project.
