Manage a well-executed global Sourcing process for all SKUs from more than 12 suppliers overseas (the USA, Europe, China, and Canada), This is done by creating and identifying the purchase plan for each supplier, releasing the purchase orders every month, and monitoring the shipments to ensure we deliver the customer orders on time.
