Data Analyst and Problem Analyst
Manage master data, including creation, updates and deletion Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines Interpret data and turn it into information which can offer ways to improve a business Analysing results Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business Identifying patterns and trends in data sets Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs Outbound calls to Physicians and Customers to rectify errors in input of Data required for further processes Adherence to departmental and life Lab’s policies, practices and procedures Use critical thinking and detailed problem solving options to determine the ideal path for scenarios which present due to system issues or limitation within the Systems used
