Research Assistant (Artificial Intelligence)
Conducted applied AI research on intelligent energy systems under a QRDI-funded national research grant. Published 3 first-author papers, 1 co-authored paper, and 1 technical book chapter across Q1/Q2 journals and peer-reviewed conference venues. Developed and evaluated AI and data-driven solutions using machine learning, reinforcement learning, large language models, statistical analysis, data preprocessing, visualization, and domain-specific dataset curation. Built Python pipelines for model training, simulation, benchmarking, data analysis, and automated experiment reporting.
R&D Engineer intern
Developed an AI-driven attendance system using Oak POE-1 cameras for real-time face and emotion detection, achieving 90% accuracy. Optimised model performance with DepthAI. Enabled RTSP live streaming for camera flexibility, incorporating presence detection and real-time location monitoring.
Software developer (Remote)
Designed and implemented a Flutter-based web page for managing doctor schedules, integrated with Appwrite for authentication and real-time updates. Developed role-based access control and dynamic working hours management with a responsive user interface. Integrated Appwrite databases to fetch and update schedule data efficiently, ensuring reliability and performance. Implemented real-time updates for schedule changes using Appwrite Realtime subscriptions.
