• Fabricate and assemble metal structures by utilizing various welding techniques ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment ensuring it is in optimal working condition to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Conduct thorough inspections of completed welds to identify defects and ensure structural integrity meets industry standards.
• Keep accurate records of work completed including materials used and hours worked to assist in project tracking.
• Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications to accurately execute welding tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and address any issues that may arise during the welding process.

Desired Job Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is highly preferred.
• Certification in welding processes such as MIG TIG or Stick welding from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 13 years of handson welding experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints with precision.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime or weekends as required by project demands.
