Job Title: Project HSE Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and monitor HSE policies procedures and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations client requirements and international standards.
- Lead project HSE teams and conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Manage risk assessments incident investigations and corrective action plans.
- Conduct HSE training toolbox talks and awareness programs.
- Ensure ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Liaise with clients consultants contractors and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports statistics and compliance documentation.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across all project operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Environmental Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HSE Managerial position.(Mandatory)
- Level 6 Diploma in HSE.
- Local Competency Requirement (A-Level Practitioner or equivalent).
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and international best practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders effectively.
