What You Bring

• Bachelors degree required; focus in Engineering Business Administration or Finance strongly preferred.

• Engineering -Delivers a strong technical foundation by integrating engineering business and systems thinking to solve complex problems and drive efficient solutions.

• Business Administration or Finance -Supports understanding of business processes and financial operations essential for SAP FI-CO and related modules.

• 13 years of experience in technology consulting or related fields with exposure to enterprise application environments.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA SAP ECC and specific module configuration (FI-CO SD MM PP etc.)

• Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise processes like order-to-cash procure-to-pay and record-to-report.

• Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and documentation abilities to explain business requirements clearly to diverse audiences

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking to diagnose complex business challenges and translate them into effective SAP solutions

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into SAPsolutions.

• Project Management: Ability to manage projects including scope timelines and resources

• SAP Functional Expertise: Experiencein one or more of the following areas in preferred:

• Supply Chain (MM PP Warehouse Management)

• Sales & Distribution (SD) or emerging SAP technologies including BTP Fiori/UI5 and cloud integration.

• Industry experience (Retail/FashionPharmaceutical Financial Services Manufacturing) is a plus.

• Specialized SAP Training and Certificationsis a plus.

• Proficiency in English to engage with our global network.
