Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Engineer at GHD you will be part of our Graduate Development Program which is designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain handson experience receive mentoring and engage in a variety of development activities.

Graduate Development at GHD

GHDs Graduate Program is aimed at developing our future leaders and technical specialists.

During the course of our twoyear global graduate development programme our Graduates will work with our teams developing skills across a wide variety of projects in the Water Energy Industrial Property and Buildings sectors both in the UAE and overseas. Your contribution will make a positive lasting benefit to the environment and our communities.

Whilst learning about our business our values your team and most importantly yourself you will develop your decisionmaking communication technical and leadership skills.

We offer mentoring and a variety of development activities providing on the job experience and exposure to a diverse range of projects as well as support towards gaining chartered status within your field.

Based in the Abu Dhabi/ Dubai office

You will get involved in a portfolio of different projects and apply your newly acquired skills in a range of environments. Your role will develop as your knowledge of our business increases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical assignments work elements work packages and project engineering design activities under supervision.
• Conduct numerical analysis and prepare technical reports.
• Utilize software to undertake engineering design.
• Participate in site visits and design team meetings as required.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development.
