We are looking to recruit an experienced Treasury Accountant to join our team based in Dubai this role you be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of daily treasury operations including payment processing bank reconciliations cash management support and assisting with employee financial inquiries. You will also ensure compliance with company policies maintain financial records and assist the Treasury Lead as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Cash Management:

• Monitor daily bank balances.
• Process and record cash/cheque payments.
• Issue receipt vouchers to clients.

Payment Processing:

• Prepare and process vendor payments employee expenses payroll and tax payments.
• Handle cash advances.
• Process payment entries.
• Manage and track company bank cards.
• Perform call verification to suppliers for bank account changes.

Reconciliations:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Assist with staff ledger reconciliations.

System Operations & Support:

• Upload Netting to Megabank and process Netting settlement entries.
• Generate reports in IFS (Accounts Payable).
• Assist employees in resolving Workday expense errors.
• Assist with resolving routine IFS errors.

Accounts Payable Support:

• Provide direct assistance to the Accounts Payables Team as needed.

Documentation & Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all treasury transactions and activities.

What Skills & Experience Will You Have

• Bachelors degree in Financial Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Treasury / Accounts Payable position within a multinational company.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office packages specifically Excel
• Hands-on mentality and analytical skills with affinity to financial topics
• Proactive accurate and well-developed communication skills
• Excellent English communication skills
