Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Traditional Arabic Food Maker to join for one of our prestigious Restaurant (Al Ain) in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Emirati and Arabic foods sweets breads and snacks while maintaining excellent food quality hygiene and presentation standards. The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and support daily food production operations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare traditional Emirati and Arabic foods sweets breads and snacks
- Ensure consistency in taste quality and food presentation
- Follow kitchen hygiene sanitation and food safety standards
- Support daily kitchen production and operational activities
- Properly handle store and manage ingredients and food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area
- Work efficiently during busy operational hours
- Assist the kitchen team in meeting daily production targets
Local Food Experience Required
Candidates should have experience in preparing:
