Responsibilities
Process ticket sales reservations cancellations and exchanges promptly and accurately.
Assist customers with inquiries related to ticket availability pricing and schedules.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ticketing systems policies and procedures.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth event or service execution.
Handle cash transactions billing and documentation in compliance with company standards.
Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and customer interactions.
Support promotional campaigns by providing information and upselling when appropriate.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in ticketing customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in ticketing software and reservation systems is desirable.
Ability to multitask work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Basic numeracy skills and experience handling cash transactions.
