Job Description
1. Responsible for solving hardware and software problems of desktop systems including system installation configuration domain joining upgrade operation maintenance and management of devices such as desktops laptops and Mac computers to ensure the normal operation of desktop systems;
2. Handle the installation configuration and maintenance of common desktop application software including anti-virus software office software VPN email etc.;
Peripheral device maintenance: maintain peripheral devices such as printers and scanners to ensure their normal operation;
3. Network troubleshooting: solve computer network problems to ensure stable network connection;
Respond to users IT consultation and IT support requests in a timely manner and provide technical support to users through on-site investigation telephone instant messaging tools and other methods;
4. Assist and cooperate with the headquarters IT department to complete the management of user IT permissions;
5. System optimization and upgrade: conduct system performance analysis and optimization according to business requirements and upgrade system software and hardware regularly;
Improve documents related to desktop operation and maintenance and provide training for business colleagues.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors with more than 1 year of desktop operation and maintenance experience;
2. Familiar with the deployment optimization and troubleshooting of mainstream operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) with experience in Active Directory (AD) domain management;
3. Proficient in hardware fault diagnosis and maintenance able to independently complete equipment selection procurement and life cycle management;
4. Capable of formulating operation and maintenance processes SLA standards and emergency response plans;
5. Excellent cross-departmental collaboration ability able to cooperate efficiently with network and security teams;
6. Capable of compiling standardized operation and maintenance manuals and fault handling guidelines and organizing regular internal training;
7. Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to quickly locate complex problems and promote problem closure through logical analysis;
Fluent in English.
