To support the continued growth of our Middle East & Africa (MEA) business were looking for a Technical Service Assistant to join our team in Dubai.

In this hands-on customer-facing role you will play a key part in supporting our MEA customers and internal teams with a strong focus on powder coatings. Youll work closely with Technical Service Sales and customers to ensure Axaltas products perform at their best in real-world applications.

• Support the MEA business by running online trials for new powder coating products to support product approvals

• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers in resolving application challenges

• Audit powder coating lines as part of Axaltas Approved Applicator Schemes

• Train customers on powder coating application processes best practices and quality standards

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent technical support across the region

As Axaltas MEA business continues to grow the successful candidate will receive structured training and exposure to liquid coatings and e-coatings expanding technical expertise and career development opportunities within the organization.

• Technical background in coatings chemistry engineering or a related field

• Experience or strong interest in powder coating application and processes

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel within the MEA region as required

• Comfortable delivering training and working directly with customers

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
