Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Technical Manager MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP technical coordination BIM integration design review and project execution support across large-scale high-rise developments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all technical MEP activities for high-rise building projects.
- Review MEP drawings technical specifications and project documentation to ensure compliance with project and authority standards.
- Coordinate with consultants design teams subcontractors and site execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Oversee BIM coordination between MEP architectural and structural disciplines.
- Manage and review Revit models BIM deliverables and AutoCAD drawings.
- Resolve technical and engineering issues related to MEP systems during project execution.
- Ensure proper coordination of HVAC Plumbing Electrical Fire Fighting and ELV systems.
- Support project planning technical submissions material approvals and value engineering initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of technical deliverables.
- Maintain technical documentation reports and coordination records throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree / B.E / in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong expertise in BIM Modeling and Revit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and technical coordination processes.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical priorities and project deadlines effectively.
