About the Talent Pool Program
The Talent Pool Program is a tailored career entry path for UAE Nationals who are just starting out whether youre a fresh graduate or have experience. This program provides full-time employment opportunities with a structured development track.
You will join the company as a permanent employee from day one placed in a department that matches your academic background and where you see yourself growing. The program lasts for 12 months during which youll gain real on the job experience mentorship and professional skills.
What is next
After successfully completing the one-year program youll transition into an integrated full-time employee role with adjusted salary standard working hours and expanded responsibilities.
This is a long-term career opportunity built to help you grow confidently within the organization.
Program Details:
- Eligibility: UAE Nationals
- Employment Type: Permanent (from day one)
- Program Duration: 12 months
- Location: Dubai UAE
During the Talent Pool Year:
- Monthly Salary: AED 10000
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM (6 hours/day)
- Placement: Based on academic background and career interests
- Development: On-the-job training mentorship and practical experience
After Completion of the Program:
- Monthly Salary: AED 14000
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Role: Fully integrated with the department and long-term responsibilities
