Were looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Stakeholder Engineer to join our team in Dubai United Arab this role you will serve as a critical bridge between technical teams and diverse stakeholders ensuring clear communication alignment on project objectives and successful delivery of engineering initiatives. As a UAE National you will bring valuable local insights and cultural understanding to stakeholder engagement efforts across our organization.
- Identify map and analyze stakeholders across engineering projects assessing their interests influence and impact on project outcomes
- Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies tailored to project phases and organizational objectives
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders translating complex engineering concepts into accessible language
- Gather document and analyze stakeholder requirements feedback and concerns translating them into actionable technical specifications
- Monitor stakeholder satisfaction throughout project lifecycle and proactively address issues or escalations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project managers engineers and business leaders to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into project planning and execution
- Maintain detailed stakeholder registers and engagement logs tracking interactions and outcomes
- Conduct stakeholder meetings workshops and presentations to communicate project progress changes and decisions
- Identify and mitigate stakeholder-related risks and manage expectations during project transitions or changes
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on stakeholder feedback and engagement metrics
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in stakeholder management engagement or relationship coordination within engineering or technical projects
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess stakeholder needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and familiarity with project lifecycle management
- Experience with project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Asana or similar platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously
- Knowledge of engineering principles and technical project environments
- Experience in conflict resolution and change management
- Proficiency in documentation and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems or stakeholder management platforms
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
- Experience working in the UAE or Middle Eastern business environment (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
