Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation quantity surveying contract administration and commercial management of MEP works across large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage quantity surveying and commercial activities for MEP works on high-rise building projects.
- Prepare cost estimates BOQs tender evaluations and budget analysis.
- Review project drawings specifications and contract documents for quantity take-offs and cost control.
- Monitor project costs variations claims and subcontractor payments.
- Coordinate with project managers consultants subcontractors and procurement teams on commercial matters.
- Prepare and review interim valuations payment applications and final accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of project costs and commercial records.
- Identify commercial risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations company standards and project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree / B.E / in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong understanding of quantity surveying cost control and contract administration for MEP works.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation project costing and variation management.
- Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple commercial priorities and project deadlines effectively.
