Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning scheduling progress monitoring and coordination of MEP works to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project schedules work programs and progress reports for MEP activities.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays risks and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with project managers consultants subcontractors and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Support planning and execution of MEP works for high-rise building projects.
- Review project drawings technical documents and construction schedules.
- Assist in resource planning productivity tracking and project forecasting.
- Prepare recovery schedules and progress presentations for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines company standards and contractual requirements.
- Maintain planning records reports and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree / B.E / in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Good understanding of MEP systems and coordination processes.
- Strong analytical communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
