Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Sr. Planner Civil for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning scheduling progress monitoring and coordination to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop monitor and update project schedules work programs and progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers consultants subcontractors and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays risks and mitigation plans.
- Prepare baseline programs recovery schedules and look-ahead plans for project execution.
- Review project drawings technical documents and construction schedules.
- Conduct resource planning productivity analysis and project forecasting.
- Prepare planning reports dashboards and presentations for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines contractual obligations and company standards.
- Maintain planning records documentation and project tracking systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree / B.E / in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera is required.
- Strong knowledge of project planning scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and project coordination.
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
