dream com, a leading Media and Telecommunications company in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dynamic Specialized B2B Sales this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving B2B sales strategies to maximize company revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement tailored B2B sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities.

- Identify key decision-makers in target companies and establish strong relationships.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions effectively.

- Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet and exceed targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral.

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements & Skills:

- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
