Social Media Executive

• Create edit and publish compelling visual and video content across all major social media platforms

• Design marketing materials including thumbnails graphics and branded assets using tools such as Photoshop Lightroom and InDesign

• Develop and maintain platform-specific content guidelines to ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity

• Monitor trends viral content and emerging creators to continuously inform and evolve the content strategy

• Collaborate with the wider team on video concepts storytelling angles and platform growth strategies (YouTube Shorts Reels TikTok vlogs etc.)

• Optimise content for key performance metrics including retention reach shareability and engagement

• Manage content calendars and deliver to strict deadlines without compromising creative quality

• You have a strong instinct for viral content and are fluent in the language of digital media: retention shareability ad breaks algorithms trending audio

• You are highly creative solutions-oriented and think beyond the obvious brief

Qualifications :

• Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective content formats

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite;  Photoshop Lightroom and InDesign at minimum

• Excellent command of written English with strong grammar punctuation and copywriting skills

• Understanding of content storytelling and what drives audience engagement and shareability

• Proven ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure
