About the Role
As a Site Manager youll be the on-ground leader ensuring that event builds installations and live operations run smoothly and safely. Youll work closely with production technical and operations teams coordinating all site activity to make sure everything is delivered on time to spec and without a hitch.
What Youll Do
Manage Site Activity Supervise all on-site works including setup breakdown and live event phases.
Enforce Site Safety & Regulations Ensure compliance with health safety and venue requirements.
Liaise with Contractors Coordinate with vendors suppliers and crew to ensure seamless delivery.
Track Site Progress Monitor timelines and solve issues proactively to avoid delays.
Team Coordination Manage and guide site crew and subcontractors to maintain high standards.
Quality Assurance Maintain quality control across all aspects of event delivery.
About You
Operationally Strong Hands-on knowledge of site operations for large-scale events.
A Natural Leader Able to command respect and cooperation from on-ground teams.
Safety-Focused Always puts safety and compliance first.
Detail-Oriented Notices the small things that make a big difference.
Calm Under Pressure Keeps cool and composed during live event scenarios.
What You Need to Apply
5 years of experience managing live event sites or large-scale production builds
Solid understanding of rigging builds logistics and event health & safety protocols
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
UAE-based or open to relocation
Valid UAE driving license preferred
