ملخص الوظيفة
We are currently looking for Senior UI/UX Designer for our UAE operations.
EXPERIENCE
4-6 years of experience in UI & UX
Bachelors degree in design or equivalent area
Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization
Experience with design tools like Sketch Adobe Suite and Figma
Experience with conducting user research usability testing A/B testing rapid prototyping
Knowledge of Agile software development process
Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus
TECHINCAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Experience with designing quality consumer products as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology. 50%
Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated but also a team player with a professional presence. 10%
Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite Figma Sketch or other tools for product design. 10%
Experience with conducting user research usability testing A/B testing rapid prototyping 10%
Knowledge of Agile software development process 20%

Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.

Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers
Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product teams
Research identify and articulate customer needs
