Position: Senior Scheduler
Location: Dubai UAE
Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)
Salary: AED
Benefits: Family Medical Insurance Ticket provided yearly for employee and family
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and publish weekly maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with planners supervisors and operations teams to optimize resource allocation and schedule execution.
- Monitor schedule attainment maintenance backlog and resource utilization.
- Prepare reports dashboards and performance analysis using MS Office and Power BI.
- Maintain workforce and scheduling data within EAM systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of industrial experience including at least 5 years in plant maintenance planning scheduling or execution within Utilities or Oil & Gas industries.
- Experience in high-volume scheduling work and/or rostering of personnel and resources using EAM systems is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel Power BI and reporting/analytics tools.
- Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
