BG Global is hiring a Senior Engineer QS Costing MEP for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional with expertise in high-rise building projects to lead MEP quantity surveying costing estimation and commercial activities across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead quantity surveying and costing activities for MEP works across high-rise construction projects

-Prepare and review BOQs cost estimates tender documents and quantity take-offs

-Monitor project budgets variations claims and cost control activities to ensure commercial efficiency

-Coordinate with consultants contractors subcontractors and suppliers for costing and contractual matters

-Evaluate quotations subcontractor pricing and procurement costs to optimize project budgets

-Prepare project cost reports payment certifications and commercial documentation

-Ensure all commercial and costing activities comply with project standards and contractual requirements

-Support project planning and provide commercial recommendations to management teams

Requirements

-Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / ) is mandatory

-815 years of experience in QS Costing MEP within the construction industry

-Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC

-Strong knowledge of MEP quantity surveying estimation budgeting and contract management

-Ability to review and interpret technical drawings BOQs and project specifications

-Excellent analytical negotiation communication and coordination skills

Required Skills:
