What Youll Own

You will take ownership across the entire growth engine:

• Meta Ads & performance marketing
• Creative strategy
• Ad copy & hooks
• Landing pages & funnels
• CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
• Shopify optimisation
• Growth experiments & testing
• Building and managing a creative team

Youll work directly with the founder and help shape the systems playbooks and processes that drive growth.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2 years hands-on experience in DTC e-commerce
• Strong Shopify experience
• Strong Meta Ads experience
• Experience analysing ROAS CAC conversion rates and funnel performance
• Ability to write copy identify winning hooks and evaluate creatives
• Excellent English communication skills
• High accountability and ownership mentality

• No Shopify experience
• No Meta Ads experience
• Poor written English
• Frequent job hopping
• Lack of data literacy
• Looking for a management-only role

• Location: Dubai-based. You will spend at least 6 months per year working directly alongside the founder in our Dubai office.
