Black & Grey HR is hiring a Senior HVAC Engineer for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced and technically strong professional with expertise in high-rise building projects to lead HVAC engineering site execution and project coordination activities across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead and supervise HVAC works for high-rise construction projects

-Review HVAC designs technical drawings specifications and project documentation

-Coordinate with consultants contractors subcontractors and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution

-Monitor installation testing balancing and commissioning of HVAC systems

-Ensure all HVAC activities comply with project standards authority regulations and safety requirements

-Track project progress manpower and material usage to achieve project timelines

-Identify and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems and installations

-Prepare site reports and support project planning and execution activities

Benefits:

Requirements

-Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / ) is mandatory

-813 years of experience in HVAC engineering within the construction industry

-Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC

-Strong knowledge of HVAC systems MEP coordination and site management

-Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications

-Strong leadership communication and coordination skills

-Immediate availability preferred

Required Skills:

-Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related Engineering field. -Minimum 812 years of experience in contracting/construction companies. -Strong experience handling Civil Residential and Mixed-Use development projects. -Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit BIM and MS Office. -Good understanding of construction methodologies architectural detailing and local building regulations. -Experience in coordinating with consultants and site execution teams. -Strong technical problem-solving and coordination skills. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. -Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
