We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer Contracts to join a well-established organization within the utilities/engineering sector. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in contract management procurement and engineering projects particularly within EPC or infrastructure environments.
Arabic speakers are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full contract lifecycle from preparation review negotiation to finalization
Handle contracts related to engineering procurement construction (EPC) SLAs and maintenance agreements
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with vendors contractors and service providers
Ensure contracts comply with legal regulatory and company policies
Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
Work closely with procurement legal finance and project teams
Monitor contract performance obligations and supplier delivery
Maintain proper documentation contract records renewals and amendments
Support cost optimization by analyzing contract terms and pricing structures
Prepare reports on contract status risks and performance KPIs
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Civil or similar)
48 years of experience in contract management within engineering procurement or EPC projects
Strong experience in:
Contract drafting and negotiation
Commercial terms and risk management
Procurement and supply chain processes
Good understanding of:
Contract law and compliance
Cost structures pricing models and payment terms
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional project-driven environment
Language Requirement
Arabic Required
English Strong proficiency required
