ملخص الوظيفة
We are currently looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with strong expertise in the engineering design and development of onshore oil and gas facilities. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience with a deep understanding of FEED Detailed Engineering and Detailed Design phases. Experience on ADNOC projects or with ADNOC group companies is highly preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and oversee the civil and structural design activities during the FEED and Detailed Engineering phases of onshore projects.
- Prepare and review engineering deliverables such as design reports drawings specifications and calculations for civil structural and infrastructure works (e.g. foundations roads drainage buildings pipe racks).
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (e.g. piping mechanical electrical) to ensure technical alignment.
- Ensure all civil and structural designs comply with project specifications industry standards and local regulations including ADNOC standards.
- Conduct technical evaluations support constructability reviews and provide inputs to planning and cost estimation teams.
- Participate in design review meetings client presentations and interface coordination with stakeholders.
- Review and resolve technical queries from contractors vendors and other engineering departments.
- Support site teams during early construction planning and pre-construction activities as needed.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil and structural engineering for onshore oil and gas projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience in FEED Detailed Engineering and Detailed Design phases.
- Proficiency in design software such as ETABS AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools.
- Solid understanding of international design codes (e.g. ACI AISC BS Eurocode) and ADNOC standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical work and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- ADNOC project experience is a significant advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Masters degree or postgraduate certification in structural or geotechnical engineering.
- Experience with PMC or EPC contractors working on ADNOC or similar clients.
