Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects, manage site activities, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. As a key member of VR TECHNO CONSTRUCTION LLC in Dubai, UAE, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supervising civil engineering projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise civil engineering projects from inception to completion

- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents thoroughly

- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders

- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to regulations and safety standards

- Prepare comprehensive project reports, detailed schedules, and accurate cost estimates

- Conduct regular site inspections and promptly address technical issues

- Manage project resources efficiently and provide guidance to junior engineers

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in construction and infrastructure projects

- Strong expertise in structural design, project management, and construction methodologies

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera, or related engineering software

- Exceptional communication skills and proven leadership abilities

- Preference for candidates with prior experience working in the UAE

- Possession of a valid UAE driving license is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional Engineer (PE) license

- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
