Senior Business Development Manager

A Global Freight Forwarding company is hiring Sales and Business Development Professionals for leadership roles. This position is purely dedicated to expanding our freight forwarding services (Air Ocean and Land). The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep-rooted network in the local market a verifiable history of revenue generation and demonstrated loyalty and stability in their career history.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Identify and develop new business opportunities specifically within the freight forwarding sector driving revenue growth across target markets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build nurture and maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts and high-value clients.
• End-to-End Sales: Research potential clients prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations and negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
• Market Strategy: Track market trends freight rates and competitor activities to contribute to strategic planning and robust pipeline management.
• Performance Tracking: Provide regular accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications :

• Industry Expertise: 10 years of professional sales experience strictly in Freight Forwarding (Air Ocean and Land). General logistics or supply chain experience without direct freight forwarding sales will not be considered.
• Employment Longevity: Proven career stability is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate significant tenure with past and current employers (e.g. a minimum of 45 years in your current or most recent role).
• Local Market Knowledge: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Dubai with an established client network and strong knowledge of local business dynamics.
• Education: Bachelors Degree required.
