As a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect at Horizontal Digital you will manage develop and implement technology solutions for clients. The role is critical for the team and for our Salesforce projects.

Were looking for a digital technology expert who is comfortable leading as a player/coach as well as presales this role you will manage developer resources and work sidebyside with project teams as an active participant defining requirements shaping technical solutions and taking a handson approach to implementation and quality assurance. You will work across multiple projects with a diverse team consisting of a mix of front and backend developers digital strategists project managers and the UX/creative team. Your goal is to manage a team to produce great work expand our technical capabilities and help clients meet digital objectives.

What youll do:

Horizontal Delivery Practice and New Business Development

• Supporting presales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development

• Work with functional and business clients to determine solutions that drive additional business value

• Work with Salesforce products including core: Sales Service Data Experience and Marketing Cloud

• Based on client requirements define and refine integrated enterprise solution architectures leveraging crosscloud Salesforce technology and products

• Estimate the effort required to implement the proposed solution and define delivery approach.

• Communicate concepts architectures solution approach options and evaluations through effective diagrams and written materials.

• Complete analysis of client business and technology needs against Salesforce features and functionality.

• Articulate Horizontal Digital Salesforce practice capabilities offerings and value propositions.

• Drive practice thought leadership offerings and innovative approach to solutions on behalf of clients.

• Participates in practice events and training (internal or external).

• Mentor associate Solution Architects and/or delivery team members in related activities.

• Maintain industry and ecosystem knowledge and certifications.

• Lead the expansion of existing practice capabilities into emerging technologies within our core competencies.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver best in class solutions.

Client and Technical Delivery

• Become a trusted advisor to our clients and facilitate ongoing communications and guiding efforts to manage and exceed client expectations.

• Identifies business needs and designs elegant technical and functional solutions.

• Manage client expectations by identifying and communicating risks and tradeoffs.

• Gather and document client requirements providing different solution options as needed.

• Work creatively and analytically with clients to understand business needs and create technical solutions in a problemsolving environment

• Develop solutions for fit and scalability while ensuring that they confirm to longterm strategic priorities

• Evolve and shape the strategy architecture platform and standards for the integration team

• Specify and publish standards around APIs

What you bring:

• 5 years of clientfacing consulting/professional services experience.

• 5 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.

• Experience in any of the following is a plus: Interaction Studio Datorama Customer 360 Tableau CRM.

• An understanding of implementing SF solutions with an emphasis on Sales and Service Cloud.

• Experience working within crossfunctional project team to understand requirements and deliver solutions

• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills and the ability to articulate transformation journeys and outcomes.

• Ability to engage with senior clients including Clevel clients in a businesscentric business outcomeoriented dialogue.

• Salesforce certification(s) and overall understanding of capabilities of Salesforce products

• Experience defining the structure of the system its interfaces and the principles that guide the client

• Bachelors degree preferred.
