As a Marketing Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our client portfolio by offering specialized media and marketing services to businesses and real estate professionals in Dubai. Acting as the key liaison between our corporate clients and creative production team, you will deliver tailored marketing solutions that ensure high returns on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, approach, and secure new business clients seeking premium media production and marketing services.

- Pitch customized marketing strategies, video concepts, and social media retainers to corporate decision-makers.

- Conduct professional presentations and B2B meetings to understand clients’ visual and branding needs.

- Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and manage client accounts for long-term retention and upselling opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal creative teams (video editors, graphic designers) to meet client expectations effectively.

- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and the digital landscape in Dubai to identify new sales opportunities.

- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, proposals, and commercial presentations for prospective clients.

Requirements & Skills:

- 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience in advertising agencies, media production, or digital marketing.

- Deep understanding of marketing services, video production workflows, social media campaigns, and digital branding.

- Track record of achieving B2B sales targets and effectively managing corporate client accounts.

- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a professional demeanor.

- Ability to work under pressure, independently manage pipelines, and thrive in a fast-paced media environment.

- Fluency in Arabic and English, knowledge of Dubai's business and real estate ecosystem, and proficiency in modern CRM tools and sales platforms.
