Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries through prospecting cold outreach site visits and networking
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients clearly articulating the value and capabilities of our solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure ensuring timely follow-up and accurate pipeline reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as the primary point of contact for pre-sales and post-sales technical queries
Prepare proposals quotations and tender documents in coordination with the technical and operations team
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistent performance against targets is a core expectation of this role
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management with clear visibility on pipeline status and conversion rates
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding after deal closure
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology Business or a related field
24 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering with a focus on tech AI or automation products
Hands-on familiarity with AI solutions smart systems or robotics able to confidently discuss technical concepts with both engineers and business decision-makers
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven environment
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
