One of our esteemed clients in the Smart Home & Building Automation industry is currently seeking a skilled and driven Project Engineer to join their dynamic team in Dubai UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in automation BMS and ELV systems who are looking to advance their careers in a fast-growing and innovative sector.

Education:Engineering degree or equivalent

Employment type: Full-time

Job Description

Here is the list of responsibilities that need to be performed as a a Sales engineer :

Build and maintain strong relationships with key end-users in Private Government
and Semi-Government sectors as well as major Engineering Design and Consulting Firms to influence projects from the early stages.
Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification preparing techno commercial offers and contract negotiations to ensuring compliance with technical standards financial exposure and risk management.
Ensure projects are closed with healthy terms and conditions in line with local business guidelines.
Demonstrate strong market and domain knowledge in verticals such as Healthcare Data Centers Hospitality Education Defense Telecom and Banking.
Conduct impactful technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Design and propose integrated solutions involving KNX DALI BMS HVAC and ELV systems.
Prepare BOQs system schematics technical submittals and compliance documents.
Support the pre-sales team with quotations and provide technical expertise to close deals.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Mechatronics Automation or related fields.
3-5 years experience in Sales & Solution Development in the UAE with exposure to Home Automation Lighting Control Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Certifications in KNX DALI or BMS platforms ELV (e.g. Siemens ABB SchneiderHoneywell etc.) are a strong plus.
Skilled in delivering technical presentations proposals and solution
demonstrations.
Familiarity with MEP drawings control schematics and low-voltage systems.
Valid UAE drivers license.
