- Job position: Risk & Safety Engineer
- Job Location:Abu Dhabi
- Years of Experience:5-8 yrs of proven experience in preparing complex technical safety studies for Oil and Gas projects (Onshore & Offshore)
- Qualification:Bachelor or Masters in Chemical Engineering / Process Safety or equivalent
- Skills:Strong Interpersonal Skills with good verbal & written communication in English
- Project Management: Capableto handle lead/manage and execute Onshore and Offshore QRA and Safety Studies independently
- Software Skills:Must have proven hand on experience in the following software as a minimum:
- PHAST/SAFETI
- Bow-tie XP or THESIS
- FLARESIM
Job Description
Involved in managing and executing technical studies for various projects within the field of competencies as detailed below:
- Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)
- Consequence Modeling/ Fire Risk Assessment Studies (FERA)
- Building Risk Assessment (BRA)
- Escape Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (EERA)
- Flare Radiation & Dispersion Analysis
- ALARP Study
- COMAH/Safety Case Studies
- PHA/ Bow-tie Analysis (would be a valuable plus)
- 3D F&G Mapping Studies (would be a valuable plus)
- Dropped Object Studies(would be a valuable plus)
- Emergency Systems Survivability Analysis (ESSA)(would be a valuable plus)
