Decision Management Consultants is recruiting a Retention/Conversion Agent for one of its clients operating in the Forex industry in Dubai UAE.
About Our Client
Our client is a well-established Forex trading company based in Dubai operating in a fast-paced and highly regulated financial services environment. The company is known for its strong focus on technology-driven solutions customer-centric operations and compliance with international regulatory standards. With a growing presence in the region they offer innovative trading services and a dynamic workplace that encourages performance growth and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact leads within minutes of their registration
- Guide clients through the registration process KYC (Know Your Customer) document upload and their first deposit
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Encourage active traders to increase their equity/balance in order to trade larger volumes
- Provide daily market updates technical analysis and alerts related to high-volatility events
- Reconnect with and engage existing or inactive clients
Requirements
- Proven track record in retention re-activation conversion sales or client recovery
- Experience in Forex CFD or trading is a strong advantage
- Strong ethical mindset with excellent closing skills
- Performance-driven professionals willing to work on-site in Dubai
- Ability to manage high-value UK clients and generate strong deposit volumes
- British nationals are welcome
